Evolve Chocolate Hosts Pop-Up Lounge for Valentine's Day and Mardi Gras Inspired Event with Atwood Ales

Evolve Chocolate in Bellingham, WA will host a Chocolate Pop Up Lounge open in downtown Bellingham from February 8 to 14, 2018, noon to 9 p.m. A special highlight will be a Mardi Gras inspired event with Atwood Ales Brewery on Tuesday, Feb 13 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The pop-up Alchemy Series: Bites & Beer will feature sweet and savory treats from Evolve Chocolate's Chef Christy Fox paired with beers from Atwood Ales. There is limited seating for this special Fat Tuesday event with tickets at $50 per person. The event will be held at the Evolve Chocolate Pop Up Lounge at 1228 Bay St., Bellingham. The event menu includes four tasting plates, tapas-style, featuring a mini muffuletta sandwich, a crab cake etouffee, shrimp and grits, king cake and various saisons from Atwood Ales. On February 8, Evolve will project the Olympic Opening Ceremonies on the inside wall of the Pop-Up Lounge, while also celebrating the owner's birthday. For the other nights, the Pop Up Lounge will host live music, special guests like the Good Time Girls, and of course gifts and treats to prepare for Valentine's Day, Feb. 14.
