A four-course, family-style dinner will be presented Christmas Day at the Four Points by Sheraton Bellingham Hotel & Conference Center, 714 Lakeway Drive in Bellingham, WA. The dinner will be offered from 3-8 p.m., Dec. 25 in the hotel’s B-Town Kitchen & Raw Bar and Chinuk restaurants. After a first course of potato leek soup and a second course of either a roasted beet salad or orzo salad, diners will enjoy herb-crusted prime rib, grilled halibut with lemon beurre blanc, homemade stuffing, scalloped potatoes and a fresh vegetable medley. The dessert course features pumpkin cheesecake and bread pudding with hot-buttered rum sauce.
