We are living in a strange time. It’s a cocktail of anxiety, fear, uncertainty, and topped off with a big old garnish of WTF. As someone who actively practices and sometimes struggles to stay on the healthy side of anxiety, I am hyper aware of how easily I can tumble over to the dark side.
