Local Bounty Made Easy: The Puget Sound Food Hub's Meaningful Connections and Positive Impact

Who's involved: The list of producers ranges from Bow Hill Blueberries and Bellingham's Cascadia Mushrooms to Lopez Island's Jones Family Fames, Sedro-Woolley's Skagit River Ranch and Oak Harbor's Hunter Moon Farm. It includes Silva Family Farms, home to the tastiest organic Albion strawberries and the Lummi Island Wild Co-op, whose salmon, tuna and caviar offerings will have you rethinking seafood from here on out.
