Downtown Bellingham Photo Gallery Unveils Massive Photograph Apr. 20

Peter James will unveil his largest photographic print ever, measuring 4 feet by 8 feet, which may be the largest single hanging photograph in Bellingham. The unveiling will take place in association with the Bellingham/Whatcom Chamber of Commerce during their monthly Business After Business event, which will be hosted at the Peter James Photography Gallery at 314 E. Holly Street on April 20, 2017. The gallery is home to several dozen of Peter’s large format Metal Prints which feature stunning nature photography of Northwest Washington. The photos are printed on large sheets of aluminum using a special process that gives them a vivid, luminous appearance. The Peter James Studios also included a commercial photography studio, a website development studio, and NWStockPhotos.com Crave Catering and One Hope will provide appetizers and wine, with flower arrangements by Pozzie by Natalie.  The evening will end with a champagne toast to the beauty of Whatcom County.  All are welcome for this unique event.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
