Enjoy Valentine's Day Seaside Dining at Semiahmoo Resort

Enjoy a romantic evening by the shore with that special someone at Pierside Kitchen’s Valentine’s Day dinner, Feb. 11, 12 and 14 for $65 at Semiahmoo Resort in Blaine, WA. Couples can enjoy romantic five-course meal alongside sweeping views of Drayton Harbor. The first course begins with a choice of salad of marinated Hawaiian Kaijki Toro paired with jamón ibérico, papaya pineapple salsa and micro basil The second course features braised lamb shoulder ravioli with lobster medallion, smoked tomatoes and lobster cream broth. The fourth course includes a choice of the following; pan seared scallops with herb and golden beet risotto, fennel and blood orange; apricot glazed rack of lamb with parsnips, black garlic and  date terrine; or filet mignon rossini foie gras with smoked heirloomcarrots with red wine sauce. Guests will top off their dinner with decadent chocolate and pistachio cake with blood orange sauce and assorted Thomas Haas Truffles fresh from Vancouver.
