Sunset Breath & Sound Bath at Woodstock Farm with Kristi

Gather at Woodstock Farms overlooking the Salish Sea and the San Juan Islands during the golden hour for deep relaxation and rejuvenation in sound meditation to unwind, relax deeply and replenish. Kristi Moseley will offer guided gentle breath awareness to settle your nervous system, followed by an intentional soundscape of singing bowls, artisan gongs and sound tools to nourish and recharge your body, mind and spirit, as the sun dips into the bay.

Bring a yoga mat or blanket for your comfort and dress prepared for varied weather. A small cloth to cover your eyes is suggested.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
