Noisy Waters Mural Festival

The 3rd annual Noisy Waters Mural Festival is back this August 15-17 at The Portal Container Village! Watch 16 renowned muralists live paint and vote for your favorites. Come back for the Sunday afternoon award ceremony to find out which artists are awarded with large-scale murals. 

There's something for everyone at this the FREE, family-friendly festival including: spray painting workshops, bicycled-powered mural tours, yoga, kids and teens painting, artist print sales, a libations bar, live music and DJ’s, 50+ vendors at the Saturday Makers Market, and an upcycled fashion show.
