Buddy Mac & His Ten-Gallon Troubadours, Elise Leavy

Join us in the beer garden on Saturday, August 2nd for live music from Buddy Mac and his Ten-Gallon Troubadours, and Elise Leavy!

Doors open at 4 pm, music starts at 6 pm. All ages. $10 cover | Tickets are available online and at the door.

Buddy Mac has been performing since he was 9 years old, but it wasn’t until the pandemic that he began to discover “Western” music. He instantly fell in love with the Sons of the Pioneers, Roy Rogers, Gene Autry, and others that defined the genre. Elise Leavy’s breezy Laurel Canyon-tinged music belies her depth as a songwriter. Often likened to Joni Mitchell and Judee Sill, Elise says it must be the California seawater getting insider her head and heart from an early age. She has been writing songs since she was 8 years old, and recently was selected as a New Folk Finalist at the Kerrville New Folk Songwriting Competition.

Presented by Boundary Bay Brewery & Jan Peters.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
