Fall Equinox Sound Bath

The fall equinox marks a time of introspection and release. Pause, let go, (re)balance and center, awakening our senses to the seasonal energetic shift.

Kristi Moseley will offer a meditative soundscape to unwind and carry you into deep listening and renewal. Please bring padding to remain comfortable while reclined on the floor, a cozy blanket for warmth and a small pillow. Indoor event, located inside Woodstock’s Barn event space, please dress for varied  temperatures. Seated, chair or reclined available. Dress in layers as room temperature may vary.

Free parking onsite but limited, we suggest carpooling. For ages 12 years and older, under 18 with an adult.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
