Qigong and Meditation

Qigong is moving meditation. The benefits of Qigong include physical, mental and emotional well-being. Qigong reduces stress, strengthens the immune system, creates flexibility, speeds healing from injury, promotes restful sleep, relieves anxiety and depression and much more. Caryn will guide you through simple warmups and Qigong forms, ending with a short sitting meditation. Wear comfortable clothing. 

Instructor Caryn Boyd Diel has been teaching internationally for over 30 years. No experience is necessary.  Pre-registration required.
