MELT

The MELT Method is an innovative self-treatment program that is taught in some of the most prestigious health, yoga and fitness centers worldwide. In this class you will learn how the connective tissue in your hands, feet, legs and spine get dehydrated, the common aches and pains it can cause. You will learn how to rehydrate this essential system in our bodies for vibrant health and pain-free movement and treatments that you will be able to repeat at home too. 

Instructor Caryn Boyd Diel has been teaching this program throughout the US for 10 years. 

Session 1: Hands & Feet: Oct. 9-Nov. 6 

Session 2: MELT roller for Spine, Legs, Back & Neck: Nov. 13-Dec. 18 (no Nov. 27)
