Connect. Play. Reset.

In times of high stress, it can be easy to stay in fight or flight for long stretches of time. Playful embodiment exercises have been scientifically proven to move us out of that space and into rest and digest. During our time together, I’m going to invite you to play some games and exercises with me and with each other that will be not only fun, but that you can put in your well-being tool kit to take with you as you live your life at work, with your families and friends, and out and about in the world.

Absolutely no theatre or improv experience required, just bring yourself!

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
