Paper Whale Presents: Afterlife - Halloween Masquerade in Three Acts

An unforgettable night of transformation - where music, movement, and mystery carry us through LIFE, the passage of DEATH, and into the BEYOND. This is no mere masquerade. It's a Halloween exploration in transfiguration - with masked souls, theatrical performance, strange visions, and invitations to move beyond usual form - your chance to revel in the great dance of life - in costume.

Dress as your finest, fairest, or foulest character with the opportunity to be adorned with a grand prize. The stage will be shifting, the Fable bar will be pouring from the top shelf, shadows and animals will be talking, the tea lounge will provide evening sanctuary, and the wood fire will be raging and ready to receive your offerings - what are you prepared to see transformed? This is an evening in three acts, with something for everyone of adult age (21+).

Starts: October 31, 2025

Time: 8 p.m. - 2 a.m.

Admission: $30+

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
