We will be serving a display of Favorite Festive Classic Dishes with a Carving Station set up with Prime Rib, Sage Roasted Turkey, Porchetta with Figs, Baked Steelhead with Fennel. A Seafood Display with Fresh Oysters, Local Smoked Fish and Prawn Cocktail.
A Sides and Salad Bar with Pancetta Pear Polenta, Classic Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Winter Root Veggies, Creamy Corn Risotto, Farro Winter Salad, Baby Gems Salad, Classic Caesar Salad, Artisan Breads and Spreads. And of course, Assorted Pastries and Baked Goods!
