Tai Chi Flow

Experience this gentle, empowering practice that activates your body’s natural capacity to heal while nourishing the nervous system. Tai Chi Flow supports you in finding balance from within. Rooted in the graceful Yang-style 24 forms, this class incorporates joyful group play, partner work, and guided exploration to help you move from your own inner wisdom. 

Open to those starting Tai Chi or returning to practice. Spring Chun Cheng is the co-founder of Dancing Tao Tai Chi School and has been practicing Tai Chi for three decades.
