Qigong and Meditation
Qigong is moving meditation. The benefits of Qigong include physical, mental and emotional well-being. Qigong reduces stress, strengthens the immune system, creates flexibility, speeds healing from injury, promotes restful sleep, relieves anxiety and depression, and much more. Caryn will guide you through simple warm-ups and Qigong forms, ending with a short sitting meditation. Wear comfortable clothing.
Instructor Caryn Boyd Diel has been teaching internationally for over 30 years. No experience is necessary. Pre-registration required.

Session 1: Tuesdays / January 6-February 3 / $75 (5 weeks)
Session 2: Tuesdays / March 3-April 28 (no April 7) / $120 (8 weeks)
