This group class takes place Saturday, February 7th, 2026 from 4-6pm. In Ayurveda, nutrition focuses on the importance of healthy and optimal digestion, using herbs to kindle digestion, and the concept of the microbiome. In this workshop, learn about the six tastes in Ayurvedic nutrition, how to eat to balance your dosha type, and the benefits of eating with awareness. 

About the Host: Lexus Criswell is a certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coach and Teacher and current PhD student in Mind-Body Medicine.
