Community Work Party at Happy Valley Park

Connelly Creek, which runs through this neighborhood park and flows into Padden Creek, needs our help! We’ll remove harmful invasive vegetation and plant native trees and shrubs to improve riparian habitat. All ages and abilities welcome. Participants under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Tools, gloves, and instructions are provided. Please dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes. Parking is a short 9-minute walk down the street from Happy Valley Park at the South Bellingham Park and Ride (West). Follow our work party signs and walk to Happy Valley Park at 2710 Donovan Ave. Additional information will be emailed to registered participants.
