Blue Drinks Public Meet Up - Q1 2026

Blue Drinks is an informal quarterly public meet up hosted by the Working Waterfront Coalition of Whatcom County. The meets are a place to connect, learn, and share about all the things that go on around waterfronts here in Whatcom. Hear from local experts, organizations, and individuals about programs, events, issues, news and more.

This quarter, we're excited to have WA Maritime Blue come join us to chat about their QuietSound program! Learn how it works, what it is, and why it matters to Whatcom. Ask questions of the staff, and then meet other folks to connect with about all things waterfronts, boating, maritime, and our Salish Sea.

Starts: March 18, 2026

Time: 5:30 - 8 p.m.

Admission: Free!

Location: Beachcat Brewing South Paw

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
