Sue C. Boynton Poetry Contest Award Celebration

The winners of the 21st annual Sue C. Boynton Poetry contest will be honored at an award ceremony on Thursday, May 28 at 7pm. Over 200 Whatcom County poets, young and old, submitted entries. The evening will consist of readings by the winning poets, artistic displays of poetry placards, live music and light refreshments. Following the ceremony, selected winning poems will be on display outside the Bellingham Public Library downtown and on Whatcom Transportation Authority buses.
