Potluck & Square Dance: Devin Champlin + Sparklebrite Dance Band

Join us for our April potluck and square dance! Don’t know how to do-si-do or allemande left? No problem! No experience or partner necessary. All dances will be taught by the caller.

This month, Devin Champlin will be our fabulous caller, and Sparklebrite Dance Band—featuring Seattle fiddler extraordinaire Kate Lichtenstein—will be providing live old-time music!

If joining for the potluck, please bring a dish to share (if you can) and a label with ingredients for people with dietary restrictions. If you don’t have time, don’t worry! Join us for a delicious meal anyhow.

This is a non-alcoholic, all ages event.

Starts: April 18, 2026

Time: 6 p.m. Potluck, 7 - 9:30 p.m. Dance

Admission: $12 - 15, $8 Students

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
