Step out of the noise of daily life and reconnect to your body, regulate your nervous system, and return to the vitality, clarity, and presence that help you to feel like yourself again. A half-day experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore the kind of radiance that comes from feeling grounded, nourished, and supported from within. Through simple, guided practices and reflection, you’ll create space for clarity, renewal, and a natural sense of ease and presence. This is a space to step out of the noise, come back to yourself, and explore what it looks like to care for your energy in a way that feels sustainable and real. After the workshop portion, enjoy a light lunch and time to connect in a relaxed social setting. Unwind and integrate using the spa’s hot tub, sauna, cold plunge.
