What to Expect Learn how to identify the plants that can be used to wildcraft cordage, arrows and bows Handcraft a deer or elk leg bone arrowhead to take home.
Process natural fibers into cordage with a lesson on making lashing for arrowheads and fletching, or a bow string (concept craft/technique practice); Create cordage with natural fibers from start to finish. Archery target practice session that will teach beginners how to handle, hold, and shoot longbows and recurve bows safely.
Limited bows available. (byob if you have one)
What to bring: Dress for the weather, Snacks and water, Notebook and pen (optional), Your own bow and arrows if you have them (optional).
