Workout and Sauna at Lake Whatcom

Start your Saturday with movement, recovery, and community. Join Lab Athletics and Hot Spot Sauna Club for a one-hour guided workout followed by one hour of lakeside sauna and cold-water swimming at Lake Whatcom. No extra cost for the workout—just our regular sauna drop-in price.

What's Included: • 1-hour coach-led workout by Lab Athletics • 1-hour social sauna session • Cold lake swims • Community connection • All fitness levels welcome

Price: $35 per person

Bring: • Yoga mat • Swimsuit • 2 towels • Water bottle • Wading shoes (recommended for rocky shoreline)
