The Sound Bath Sanctuary Experience

Step inside Flow Motion for a deeply calming group sound bath designed to quiet the mind, soften stress, and invite the body into the dreamy space between waking and sleep. Arrive up to 1 hour early to unwind in our tea parlor, then begin with an optional grounding ritual inside our oversized Tibetan singing bowl.

Live instruments including monochord, gong, crystal & Tibetan bowls, chimes, & more, create a layered soundscape you can experience two ways: Grounding Sound Bath ($49) resting comfortably on the floor, or Floating Sound Bath ($69) cocooned in a soft aerial hammock suspended just above the floor.

Your experience includes our Comfort Setup: thoughtful supports to help your body feel warm, held, and ready to receive. Grounding guests are settled with floor-based support such as a mat, blanket, bolster, weighted eye pillow, and cozy socks. Floating guests are gently cocooned in the hammock with similar comfort items. Hammocks have a 300 lb limit.

Pre-registration required.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
