Lavender Lullaby Sound Bath

This event takes place outdoors. Limited spots available. This healing event is meant to activate your parasympathetic nervous system to induce deep calm and relaxation. We will drink lavender tea, work with the healing power of amethyst (everyone will receive an amethyst stone to work with) and dive into the rest and digest state of being where profound healing can happen.

Before or after our guided ceremony, you are welcome to enjoy the Beauty Barn's facilities that include: a cold plunge, hot tub, and sauna - all in a beautiful natural environment.

A sound bath is a form of meditation in which participants are “bathed” in healing sound waves for the purpose of restoring harmony and balance in the body. A cocoon of sound generated by chimes, drums, singing bowls and other musical instruments helps to relax and re-calibrate your nervous system. We encourage you to bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows- anything to create a cozy little nest to lay back and relax.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
