Power of Ease: Self-Regulation and Co-Regulation

Join us to learn more about our nervous systems and how to bring more ease into our lives! 6 hours of knowledge and skills-building. Gain tools from neuroscience: Claim your calm with movement and breath. Increase your relaxation response. Improve personal well-being. Mitigate the effects of stress on relationships. 

This training is resilience-informed. It provides information on healing the impacts of toxic stress and childhood trauma for self and others.

Attend 1,2, or 3 skills-building sessions! $60 for all 3 sessions. 6 WA State Clock hours offered by WFCN.
