Noisy Waters Mural Auction Closing Night & Happy Hour at Bar Cicotti

Join Noisy Waters Mural Festival at Bar Cicotti for a final night of art, food and drinks as the mural auction comes to a close. Grab dinner or a drink, take a final peek at the 2026 festival murals and place your bid on an original piece of art before the auction closes at 10 PM.

The 2026 Noisy Waters murals are on display in the Whatcom Museum Lightcatcher courtyard, right alongside Bar Cicotti. These 8-by-8-foot original, weatherproof murals were painted during the festival and are now available to own. Bids start at $300, with a Buy Now option available for every mural.

As a special thank-you, Bar Cicotti is offering 10% off food and drinks to anyone who bids on a mural or makes a donation to Noisy Waters that evening. Paper Whale will provide a voucher for the discount. Not interested in taking home a mural? You can still support Noisy Waters with a donation and help keep the festival free to the public. Free and open to all ages.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
