Fiamma Burger is launching “Fiamma Fried Chicken Nights” on Thursday June 26. Offerings will include crispy, crackly, crunchy bone-in drumsticks, thighs and boneless tenders, dipping sauce flights, biscuits, and weekly rotating slaws, all made in-house. Local frozen custard sundaes will also be a menu feature along with beer specials including $3 Highlifes or Rainier Tall Cans.

As a pop-up style menu, Fiamma Fried Chicken Nights will start at 5pm and end when the chicken sells out. Expect to see Fiamma Fried Chicken Nights Thursday nights. Check out @fiammaburger on socials for more info and updates.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
