What began as one man’s dream to be a dairy farmer grew into a multi-generational passion for farming and cheesemaking. Appel Farms now produces an eclectic variety of cheese, from soft to hard and from mild to briny.

Bar Cicotti is a family-friendly eatery, inspired by the traditional coffee and wine bars found in Italy! It's open for both lunch and dinner, serving coffee, domestic and international wines, and fun, simple Italian-style eats. Find them in downtown Bellingham attached to the Whatcom Museum's Lightcatcher building. 

San Juan Cruises offers unWINEd On The Bay, a wine tasting cruise departing from Bellingham on Thursday nights throughout the summer and early fall. Taste wines from around the world, enjoy snacks, and soak in the views. These cruises sell out quickly so make sure to book ahead

Head north from Bellingham to beautiful Samson Estates Winery, a farmstead winery with award-winning fruit wines, dessert wines, and grape varietals.

Venture to downtown Bellingham's exclusive wine shop to discover everything from a large variety of artisan, northwest producers to exciting new bottles from across the globe. The shop offers wine tastings for a small fee every Friday. These wine tastings are a great way to expand your palate!

This adorable cheese shop offers up to 70 varieties of cheese, featuring Twin Sisters signature cheese, Washington local cheeses, American originals, and classic imported cheeses from around the world.

Enjoy unique barrel-aged wines with views of Mount Baker at Vartanyan Estates Winery, a woman-owned winery just 10 minutes from Bellingham. 

Located in Downtown Bellingham's Arts District, Welcome Road Winery's charming ski-lodge inspired tasting room offers tasting flights, glass pours, and both indoor and outdoor seating. Plus, dogs and children are welcomed.
