Daily hours are as follows:

A long-time supporter of Blue Skies, Dewey Griffin Subaru is providing matching funds up to $2,500. Allan Meyer from Dewey Griffin  says, "We’ve always believed if everyone gives a little - we’ll all have a lot, and are proud to increase the impact of each dollar donated by creating a matching funds grant, to help families have a great start to their school year!” Community members can donate at www.blueskiesforchildren.org or donations can be dropped off at their offices at 2505 Cedarwood Avenue, Suite 5, Bellingham.

In addition, through July and August, Blue Skies for Children is accepting donations of NEW shoes and backpacks to distribute to Whatcom and Skagit county children. Shoe styles and sizes in demand can be viewed and purchased through their Amazon Wish List (https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/CXPZPPDB1R6N/ref=nav_wishlist_lists_1).

Its mission is to raise hope and self-esteem by sponsoring enrichment programs and other essentials for homeless, low-income, and foster children in Whatcom and Skagit Counties.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
