Hotel Bellwether and Lighthouse Grill in Bellingham has re-announced their Thanksgiving 2020 plans and updated operations due to COVID-19 mandates.

A new mandate to remove indoor dining by Wednesday, November 18 through Monday, December 14 has been announced for Washington State. Hotel Bellwether & the Lighthouse Grill will be adjusting hours of operation, outdoor dining set up, and services.

Thanksgiving To-Go Options

This Thanksgiving treat your family and friends to a deliciously prepared meal by the Lighthouse Grill! Enjoy an offering for 2 in the comfort of your own home as well as wine selections from the Lighthouse Grill’s extensive list.

This traditional Thanksgiving multi-course dinner will include Mary’s Free-Range Roast Turkey Breast & Braised Turkey Leg, Turkey Gravy, Potato Puree, Roasted Brussels Sprouts With Bacon, Fennel Sausage Stuffing, Bloom Creek Cranberry Sauce, Dinner Rolls & Pumpkin Pie for dessert.

We are now accepting orders, please call our Front Desk at (360) 392-3100 to order your meal today! Orders limited so be sure to order soon. $100 plus tax for Dinner for 2 Adult Meals

Guests will pick up their orders on Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2020 at their reserved time. Upon arrival to the hotel, guests will be greeted by our staff who will hand deliver their order to their vehicle.

For our guests staying with us during the Thanksgiving holiday Hotel Bellwether invites you to a delicious dinner and a view while being safe and cozy by your fireplace overlooking Bellingham Bay in your own guest room! We are happy to offer our traditional, plated Thanksgiving Dinner.

We will be serving our Thanksgiving feast from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. as well as our full dinner menu including our Ribeye for two, Cascadia Mushroom Risotto and Northwest Bouillabaisse in the comfort of your room with room service.
