The Boys & Girls Clubs of Whatcom County is glad to announce over 30 years of a fruitful partnership with Whatcom County Little Caesars locations. All six locations participate in the Little Cheesers Campaign, which raises money to support kids served at Boys & Girls Clubs in Whatcom County. The campaign is estimated to have raised nearly $100,000 since it began in 1988.
This year, the campaign will run from Oct 1 – 31. "All of my kids have gone to the Clubs in Lynden and/or Bellingham and I cannot say enough great things about the staff and volunteers. The Boys & Girls Clubs is giving children in Whatcom County great opportunities,” Little Caesars CEO Ray Caldwell said.
As part of the campaign, restaurant guests are encouraged to add a donation of $1 or more to their purchase to support the Boys & Girls Clubs of Whatcom County. Participating guests will have a Little Cheesers disc posted to the wall to honor their contribution.
“Without community partners like Little Caesar’s, we could not fulfill our mission of bringing Great Futures to the youth of Whatcom County. Year after year, we have been thankful for their support,” CEO Heather Powell said.
Celebrating 74 years of nonprofit service to the youth in our community, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Whatcom County serves children age infant – 18 through their licensed daycares and Clubhouses. Fundraiser proceeds support the targeted program areas of Academic Success, Good Character and Citizenship and Healthy Lifestyles.
