Spring Beer Dinner Inside Chuckanut Brewery
Spring has sprung in Bellingham, WA and that means it’s time for the Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchen Annual Spring Beer Dinner.
On Sunday, April 29th, at 5:30 pm chef Jeremy Weizenbaum has a great five-course dinner paired with some of Chuckanut’s favorite beers. Brewmaster Will Kemper will be on hand to talk about the history and interesting trivia surrounding each of the beers and Chef Jeremy will comment on the food. Tickets will need to be purchased in advance and are all-inclusive.
Enjoy five special courses with five different beer pairings:
- First course will be Chuckanut’s Mexican Style lager paired with an oyster on the half shell and Kolsch granite, followed by Gerste lager paired with a house pita, smoked eggplant, and pickled veggies.
- Next, there will be roasted shishito peppers and lemon tahini with Chuckanut’s award-winning Pilsner lager.
- The main entrée course of roasted duck confit, wild rice pilaf, currants and preserved lemon, will be paired with Marzen lager.
- Lastly, for dessert, the Maibock will be paired with a chocolate sorbet with berries and pomegranate.
