Stones Throw Brewery Announces Three-Day Memorial Day Weekend Block Party in Fairhaven

Stones Throw Brewery is celebrating Memorial Day Weekend with three days of block parties, bringing together live music, local food, craft beer, and community in the heart of Fairhaven.

The weekend kicks off on Friday, May 22 (5–9pm) with an evening block party benefitting Hunger vs. Hunger in support of the Bellingham Food Bank. The event will feature live music from The Legendary Chucklenuts, a silent auction, and a chance to give back, with 10% of all sales from the evening donated to the cause.

On Saturday, May 23 (12–9pm), the celebration continues with a full-day Memorial Weekend Block Party. Guests can enjoy live music, food trucks, and an all-ages, street-side beer garden. This year, 10% of proceeds will support Backcountry Medical Guides, an organization focused on building safer outdoor communities through hands-on wilderness medicine training.

The festivities wrap up on Sunday, May 24 (12–9pm) in celebration of Ski to Sea, featuring an extended beer garden and a makers market. Whether fueling up before the race or winding down afterward, attendees can enjoy local eats, craft beer, and a relaxed outdoor atmosphere.

All events are free to attend and open to all ages. For more information, visit Stones Throw Brewery’s website or follow along on social media for updates.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
