Event Details:

Where did the big, metal ball along Bellingham Bay come from? Is it safe for my dog to swim in Lake Padden? Why does the Nooksack River look so murky sometimes? How do you know what pollution looks like when you see it? If you’ve ever looked out at one of Whatcom County’s wonderful bays, lakes, or neighborhood creeks and had an unanswered question cross your mind, this is for you! Join us for a casual lunchtime conversation to learn about some of the pollution concerns that trouble RE Sources biologists Eleanor Hines and Kirsten McDade, and what you can do about it (whether you’re a biologist or not). No question too silly, small, or broad!

Register via Zoom and send us your questions about water! You can submit questions when you register, or ask during the event on Zoom or in the Facebook Live comments. The event will also be livestreamed on Facebook
