Restaurants and Dining

Whatcom County is SO delicious! Locally farmed and fished foods are a mainstay in the Bellingham region. Restaurants typically feature hyper-local menus prepared by creative chefs, using ingredients grown nearby. What they don't feature is snobbery. Fresh, local, & creative are the norms here, not necessarily something to get dressed up about!

Wild Pacific salmon, fresh shellfish, artisan cheeses, cow-to-cone ice cream, grass-fed meats, organic produce, craft breweries, and award-winning wines and spirits are all highlights here.

All of that means wonderful dining choices for you at our imaginative and comfortable restaurants, so go ahead, eat out and eat often!
